Ok so this took alot longer than 20 mins, about 3 hours actaully, but the initial sketch was 20 mins. I wasnt going to carry on, but my boss was quite taken with him so I decided to finish.
The dragon represnts earth, although I admit yellow is not a very earth colour, the fire and water is kinda obvious and the purple swirly thing is air. enjoy!
