First of all, I really like the magic effects and the glow around the eyes. It really makes them stand out.
As for anatomy, I think the nose might be a little short. Also, his neck looks just a tad too long and the hair looks kinda scribly. I like the shape of the hair and the way it flows but Im not sure if it suits his character so much. Im not sure if that makes sense or not!!
Anyway, I still think its really good and very well painted ^_^ Im really liking the way you shade and the smoothness of the skin.
